  1. What do I have to do before I install the program?
  --> Always try to close all other programs and make sure you are signed in with administrative privileges before you install TargetScore! Vocabulary disks. 2. I was installing the software and just when it it looked like I was finished the installer froze. What do I do?
  --> In some cases you need to restart your system. Drag the installer window to the side and you will see the Restart dialog box. Click yes and after your system reboots the program should work fine.
  
  3. Do I have to install the Adobe Reader?
  --> On Windows based systems, Adobe reader is used to print the progress trackers and quizzes. If you already have a recent version of Adobe you can cancel the Adobe Reader update.
  
  4. On my (OS X) Macintosh the install program reports errors and does not install the program files or a desktop icon. What should I do?
  --> The problem is most likely that you do not have read/write permission for the Applications folder on your Mac. If you have two or more users set up on your Mac, go to Apple Menu/System Preferences/Accounts and switch to the main user (with administrative privileges).
  If you only have one user account, open your hard drive and select the Applications Folder, click command + i to get information, and under Ownership & Permissions, click Details. Now make sure the "owner" privileges are set to Read & Write (you will need your password to do this). Now reinstall and the program files should install without further problem.
  
  Printing Progress Trackers & Quizzes
  
  1. When I try to "Print Progress Tracker" I'm being asked if I want to go online. Do I have to go online to print?
  --> The TargetScore! Progress Tracker prints as an Adobe pdf file. If you chose to upgrade to the latest Adobe Reader during the install process you may be asked to go online to register Adobe.
  You can choose the "Stay Offline" option, accept the Adobe license agreement, and continue with your printing. Next time you print you will not see this message.

My student placed on a higher or lower level than the CD that was sent to us.

• It is very important for your student to operate at the appropriate level for them. We will glady replace at no cost to you the incorrect volume with the volume that they tested at. Simply fill out the support request form and we will quickly email you the directions for unlocking the proper volume.

How do I return the software?

• If for some reason you need to return the software we ask that you speak with a member of our customer service department so that they can issue a return authorization number. Feel free to use the support request form and a customer service representative will contact you at the earlist possible time.
